What ABE does with your Google account
Connecting Google is optional, and each integration asks only for what its feature needs. ABE’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
gmail.readonlyReads your own mailbox so ABE can answer questions about your email and tell you what still needs a reply. Your mail stays private to you — colleagues cannot see it.
gmail.sendSends mail from your account only after you confirm that specific message. ABE writes the draft and waits for you to press send. It never sends on its own.
drive.readonlyImports documents into your team's shared library so everyone can search them. Imported documents are visible to your whole workspace.
meetings.space.readonlyReads details of past meetings so ABE can attach notes and follow-ups to them.
analytics.readonlyReads website analytics so ABE can report traffic alongside your other numbers.
Each person connects their own Google account. Connecting yours gives ABE no access to anyone else’s, and disconnecting removes ABE’s access.

Kept until you delete it
ABE does not delete your synced email on a timer. Set a retention window if you want one, or leave it and keep everything.
Delete anything, any time
A single message, a whole conversation, or everything ABE has synced. Deleting also removes it from ABE's search index, and it is not re-imported afterwards.
Never used to train models
Your content is not used to train AI models, and it is not sold.
