These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ABE (the “Service”), operated by Viewcy, Inc. (“Viewcy,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ABE is an AI-powered product management platform that connects to your business tools to provide automated analysis, recommendations, and workflows. The Service includes integrations with third-party services such as Google Workspace (Meet, Drive, Gmail, Analytics, BigQuery), Slack, GitHub, Intercom, Shopify, QuickBooks, and others. You authorize each integration explicitly.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to access another organization’s data; (c) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others; or (f) circumvent any access controls or tenant isolation.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate via the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Viewcy a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data to train third-party AI models. Data accessed via Google APIs is handled per the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you authorize ABE to connect to a third-party service, you authorize Viewcy to access and process data from that service per the scopes you grant. Your use of any third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services. You may disconnect any integration at any time via the Settings → Data Connections page; we will stop accessing the third-party data on disconnect and delete stored tokens.
ABE uses AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis, suggestions, and automated content. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it, especially for decisions that affect customers, finances, or compliance.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. We may change pricing on 30 days’ notice for new billing periods.
You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, we will delete your Customer Data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewcy’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewcy from any claim, damage, or expense arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
