Effective date: March 18, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Viewcy, Inc. (“Viewcy”) governing your use of the ABE platform (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Viewcy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable subscription plan.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
You retain all rights to data you upload or connect to the Service. You grant Viewcy a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Viewcy and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. AI-generated outputs produced by the Service using your data are yours to use.
The Service integrates with third-party services (QuickBooks, Slack, GitHub, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Viewcy is not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or conduct.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Viewcy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Viewcy's total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Viewcy may modify this Agreement by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
